‍About the speakers:

Hendrik Schriefer is an experimental psychologist and entrepreneur. With Sharpist, he supports corporations such as Porsche, DHL and Zalando in individually and continuously developing their executives and thus effectively steering cultural change.  Before founding Sharpist, Hendrik developed and led various HR teams. He worked, among other things, as a headhunter and headed the HR department of his previous company, Motius. There, Hendrik himself faced the challenge of finding a scalable, measurable, and at the same time humane offer for employee development. In search of a solution, Hendrik studied the interaction of humans and machines at the Internet Institute of the University of Oxford and eventually founded Sharpist, which is now the leading platform for the development and coaching of executives.

Simone Mählmann holds a degree in psychology and is a certified business coach. Before joining Sharpist, she spent over 14 years at Kienbaum, the HR consultancy, focusing on learning & development and transformation support, as well as building a digital coaching provider as a corporate start-up in her role as Head of Coaching. Simone continues to pursue her passion for lifelong learning and coaching together with Sharpist.
