Simone Mählmann has a degree in psychology and is a certified business coach. Before joining Sharpist, she worked for over 14 years at the HR consultancy Kienbaum with a focus on L&D and transformation support and built up a digital coaching provider as a corporate start-up as Head of Coaching. Simone continues to pursue her passion for lifelong learning and coaching together with Sharpist.
Wiebke Rowedda, HR Director DACH and Turkey, Moët Hennessy
Wiebke Rowedda has been working in the HR business for over two decades. She is currently responsible for champagne and spirits at LVMH in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Turkey. In her role at LVMH, she stands for innovation and progress. She is always keen to explore new approaches and find innovative solutions to achieve the best for the company and its employees. Her approach to HR management focuses on being a true business partner. She believes that the HR department can make a significant contribution to the company's success by being proactive and seeing itself as an integral part of the team.
Haruka Takashima, HR Business Partner/ DE&I Lead Germany, Moët Hennessy
Haruka currently works at the Wines and Spirits Division of LVMH. She started her HR career in Tokyo, Japan and transitioned to Munich, Germany with internal mobility in 2022. She is responsible for HR business partnering, training and development of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Turkey and one of the leads of the region’s DE&I committee. She believes that people are the most important asset of any organization. Her passion and drive is developing existing and future talents and building an inclusive culture and work environment.
