She holds various university degrees, including an Executive MBA from the Poznań University of Economics and Business and Georgia State University.

Sandra Subel (she/her) is a passionate change-maker with 15 years of professional experience. In 2020 she started her tenure as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Axel Springer. In this role, she focuses on building and executing a holistic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy for the group. Previously she worked for Accenture in the fields of innovation and change management.
Sandra believes that a growth mindset combined with curiosity, humility, and empathy are the distinguishing traits of future-proof leaders. She is passionate about solving complex problems, driving organizational change at scale, and helping people build their creative confidence.
Simone Mählmann (she/her) holds a degree in psychology and is a certified business coach. Before joining Sharpist, she spent over 14 years at Kienbaum, the HR consultancy, focusing on learning & development and transformation support, as well as building a digital coaching provider as a corporate start-up in her role as Head of Coaching. Simone continues to pursue her passion for lifelong learning and coaching together with Sharpist.
