Rémi Flourens, Talent and Executive Manager at Airbus Defence and Space
Rémi has cultivated extensive HR expertise within the aerospace industry, primarily at Airbus Commercial and Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse. Over nearly a decade, he has progressed through various HRBP roles, managing diverse engineering populations and leading transnational projects focused on talent management, diversity initiatives, people transformation, and leadership development programmes. Currently, as a Talent and Executive Manager, he focuses on Executive and Senior leadership within Space Systems. His experience spans strategic HR functions, including competence strategy, resource management, and executive support.
