About the speakers

Dr. Cem Ulukut is senior change consultant at 50Hertz and self-employed consultant. After a short career as a classic strategy consultant at Roland Berger and as a freelancer, he discovered his passion for organizational development and supporting change processes. Before joining 50Hertz, he supported change processes at Deutsche Bahn and Westdeutscher Rundfunk and advised several other companies as an independent consultant. Cem holds a PhD in economics and has intensified his own L&D in various training and programs.

Simone Mählmann holds a degree in psychology and is a certified business coach. Before joining Sharpist, she spent over 14 years at Kienbaum, the HR consultancy, focusing on learning & development and transformation support, as well as building a digital coaching provider as a corporate start-up in her role as Head of Coaching. Simone continues to pursue her passion for lifelong learning and coaching together with Sharpist.
